Our Executive Team

  • Petra Dismorr

    CEO | Business Development

    Petra Dismorr is the CEO and manages the overall business of NorthPeak Advisory. Petra has 15 years experience of hedge fund sales and marketing both on the buyside and sellside. Most recently she ran EMEA business development for Bardin Hill. Prior to that she spent 7 years as a Director on Citigroup’s EMEA Capital Introduction team. There Petra assisted Citigroup’s hedge fund clients with their asset raising needs and global institutional investors with their allocation searches.

    Petra holds a Masters in International Economics from Lund University, Sweden, the ESG CFA and a Masterclass in Private Equity degree from LBS.

    Petra is an active supporter of the British Exploring Society, Conservation International, and GAIN - Girls Are Investors.

  • William Bryant

    Director | Head of Asset Management Advisory

    William is head of NorthPeak Advisory’s Asset Management Advisory team and oversees all relationships with asset manager clients.

    Will has worked in the alternative investment space since 2005, prior to NorthPeak Advisory, at the global alternative consultant Albourne Partners. At Albourne Will worked in Europe and the US advising investors on their alternative asset allocation needs. Will co-led Albourne’s initiative to support investors integrating Responsible Investment into their alternative portfolios and talking with managers active in the Responsible Investment space.

    Will has spoken on the topic of Responsible Investment at events run by the PRI, SBAI, AIMA, and CAIA globally. Will has had articles published on the topic of Responsible Investment within industry publications.

    Will is a member of the UN PRI and SBAI working groups on responsible investment.

    Will graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography. Will is both a CFA and ESG CFA charterholder.

  • Joanne Sonin

    Director | Head of Corporate Advisory

    Joanne is Head of NorthPeak Advisory’s Corporate Advisory team and oversees all relationships with corporate clients.

    Joanne is a corporate finance professional with over 20 years of experience working in global financial markets as an advisor, a principal, and a senior corporate executive. Joanne has worked as an investment banker at a number of global firms and has been based in numerous jurisdictions, including London, New York, Sydney, and Tel Aviv, executing a wide range of strategic, M&A, and capital markets transactions. Joanne’s work as an advisor leverages her expertise in financial markets, company law, and corporate sustainability & ESG to create actionable and value-creating strategies and solutions.

    Joanne has a PhD in law from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a PhD in classics from the University of Cambridge, and a BA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

    Joanne is the author of Shareholders and Stakeholders: The Unrealised Promise of Company Law Reform in Post-War Britain (2023). Oxford: Hart Publishing. Her research and thought leadership focus on sustainability & ESG, shareholder / stakeholder interests, corporate purpose, corporate behaviour, and legal reform.

  • Clara Moreno-Sanchez

    Principal | Head of Product

    Clara works as part of the Advisory Team and builds client solutions.

    With a background in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, and Compliance, Clara helps clients understand complex ESG challenges and advises on ESG topics throughout the investment process and at the corporate level.

    Before joining NorthPeak, Clara completed her Masters in Analytics and Management from London Business School. At LBS, Clara was member of the Social Impact Investing Fund’s investment team, where she sourced, analysed, and invested in start-ups with social impact.

    Prior to LBS, Clara worked as a consultant at legal advisory firm Stoneturn, where she led client engagements on compliance matters both from a supply chain and financial perspective.

    Clara holds a Masters in Analytics and Management from London Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Accounting from Northeastern University. She also holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Our Advisory Team

  • Benjamin Stone

    Associate

    Benjamin works as part of the Advisory Team, playing a leading role within client engagements. His areas of focus include conducting investment strategy ESG and Responsible Investment assessments, creating bespoke ESG integration frameworks, leading ESG Training sessions, ensuring alignment with both regulatory and reporting requirements, such as EU SFDR, UN PRI, TCFD, and GRESB.

    Benjamin has a strong understanding of responsible investment, and his extensive experience allows him to build tailored solutions that are aligned with a client’s investment strategy and asset class. Benjamin’s expertise also extends to corporate entities, notably with him leading the sustainability strategy and reporting for a listed Oil & Gas company. Benjamin actively engages in thought leadership, with his piece on the Politicisation of ESG in the United States being reported in Bloomberg.

    Benjamin holds a first-class BSc in Politics and History from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

  • Sarah Nappi

    Associate

    Sarah works as part of the Advisory Team, supporting the team across a variety of client deliverables.

    Sarah completed her master’s (with distinction) in Environment, Politics and Society at University College London, specialising in corporate sustainability and aligning corporate practices with international environmental targets such as net zero.

    While completing her master’s, she interned at a solar energy venture start-up and taught corporate net zero analysis to university students and mid-career professionals with Voiz Academy.

    Prior to completing her masters, Sarah worked at a California-based electric vehicle company, Lucid Motors. She worked across departments, from Purchasing, Logistics, to Project Management, developing a holistic understanding of sustainable corporate practices.

    Sarah holds a first-class BA in History from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

  • Daniel Gerardo Gonzalez

    Project Advisor

    Daniel works on specific projects across both the Advisory Team and wider business to promote responsible and sustainable business practices.

    Daniel’s journey began in religious institutions, where he served as a Catholic priest, helping communities. This experience fuelled his vocational dedication to social service.

    Daniel has led and collaborated on various social projects with impact in the Latin American region. One of Daniel’s recent accomplishments was establishing a university focusing on nursing education specifically for vulnerable populations in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to that,  Daniel for a decade worked directly under Marcell Rocca from the Techint Group. Daniel attended the Seminary of San Luis, Argentina, gaining knowledge in philosophy. Daniel holds a Bachelor degree in Education from S. XXI University; a Master’s in Developing, Universitat Barcelona, Spain, and a Master’s in Coaching, OBS Business School, Spain.
